Clara R. Denny, 79 (11-25)



    Ypsilanti Twp., Mich. — Clara R Denny, 79, passed away suddenly Friday, Nov. 22, 2002. She was born Sept. 3, 1923, in Middlesboro, a daughter of Dorsey and Mary Ellen (Stewart) Price. On Feb. 1, 1946 she married James A. Denny and he preceded her in death on Dec. 6, 2000. 

   Survivors include five children, James (Sandra) Denny, Marvin (Patricia) Denny, Sharon (Stephen) Hayes, Doug Denny and Debbie (Robert) Foy; 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; one brother Clarence (Marjorie) Price; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

   Funeral service will be Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 11 a.m. at the Janiowiak Funeral Home, Greer-Logan Chapel, with the Rev. Keith Geiselman of First Presbyterian Church of Ypsilanti officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Monday Janiowiak Funeral Home, Greer-Logan Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
