She was born Nov. 4, 1978, in Middlesboro, a daughter of the late Charles Napier and Martha Smith Napier, who survives. She was a member of Gospel Outreach Baptist Church. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sarah Napier. Survivors include her husband, Orville North, Middlesboro; three children, Kelley North, Orville North Jr., and Steven North, all of Middlesboro; mother and stepfather, Martha and Lonnie Whitehead, Pineville; grandmother, Elsie Rutherford; brother, James Napier; aunt, Birdie Smith; uncles, Gary Smith, Doug Napier, George Napier, and Johnny Napier, all of Pineville; three stepbrothers and sisters, Chris Whitehead, Alex Whitehead, and Cindy Fuson, all of Pineville; mother-in-law, Lissie Evans; two sisters-in-law, Pat Bush, Ruth Chancellor; three brothers-in-law, David North, Raymond Chancellor, and David Bush, all of Middlesboro; special sister-in-law, Lisa Ann North Fee. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gospel Outreach Baptist Church with the Revs. Hobart Dail Sowders and Carl Jordan presiding. Music will be provided by Mary Allen, Alferd Bell, and Bill Coker. Burial will be in Old Yellow Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Brock, David Earle, Anthony Mayes, Clayton Jackson, Billy Jackson, Wayne Gage, and Frank Brock. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today at Gospel Outreach Baptist Church. Creech Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
