York Services for Nannie Hazel Proctor York, 82, of Arnold Towers, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Steve Van Hook. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.She died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.Born May 22, 1919, in Livingston, she was the daughter of the late Alva Bradley and Lucretia Gill Proctor. She attended the Kentucky School for the Deaf and was a member of the National Fraternal Society of the Deaf. She was a homemaker and a member of Herrington Lake Pentecostal Church. She was the widow of James W. York. Survivors include two sisters, Bertie Lee Phillips of Danville and Erma Dean Hellard of Junction City.Pallbearers will be Randall Phillips, Robbie Phillips, Brian Phillips, Tim Phillips, Jamie Phillips, Windell King, John William Hellard III and Tommy Denny. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today.Memorials may go to the Kentucky School for the Deaf Interpreters Fund.
