Written: February 23, 1914 Recorded: October 5, 1914 I Daniel Lawson of Beverly Ky now stricken in years and viewing the unsertenity of eternity now makes this my last & lawful will. I will & Bequeath to my three sons-vix: Henry-Eligah & Wilk Lawson what I have gave them deed & deeds for & five dollars each & that is ther part of my estate & also I will & bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Lawson all the land I have gave her deed for & five dollars & that is to be her part of my estate & I also will & bequeath unto my lawful heirs by my first wife-viz: Cager Lawson,Thomas Lawson Samuel Lawson,Daniel Lawson Jr.,James Lawson,Ellen Von,deceased heirs & Nance Rose five dollars each & that is to be ther part of my estate & I further will & bequeath unto my son Eligah Lawson all of my personal & parishishable property after my debts is paid out of the same.WHEREFORE I have set my hand & seal & further state that I am in my right mind. My commission expires Mar 9th. 1916 STATE OF KENTUCKY COUNTY OF BELL I.W.C.Bingham Clerk of the Bell County Court in and for the County and state aforesaid,hereby certify that the foregoing will of Daniel Lawson was on the 3rd day of April lodged and ofered for probate and that thereafter by proper orders made on the 11th day of August 1914 duly probated and ordered to record and the same together with this certificate has been duly recorded in will book No.1 at page 284.
