Terrill, dated 13 February 1890 In the name of God Amen. I John L. Terrill of the County of Boone and State of Kentucky, Being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following. I will to my beloved and dutiful wife Mary M. Terrill my farm of two Hundred and eight acres more or less located on Woolper Turnpike. Also the crop and produce on same. Also of her selection of the horses on hand, four head. Sheep twenty head, four Cows and ten hogs, and all of the household and Kitchen furniture and goods. All of the aforesaid Land, Stock and property to have as her own, with the right to dispose of same at her pleasure. I devise and direct that the balance of my personal property be sold by Executrix or Executors herein after named and the money used together with notes on hand to pay my just debts and funeral expenses. I devise, direct and will the balance of my estate both personal and real to be equally divided (when my oldest child becomes of age) between my children then living. My Executrix or Executors herein after named to select a Surveyor and two men to divide the land real-estate or aforesaid, balance, of my real-estate. I also give my Executrix or Executors power to make deeds to each of my children as allotted to them in aforesaid division. The income of afore balance of my estate to be their support and maintenance until they are of age. My Executrix or Executors to have full control of same until as my children become of age. I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mary M. Terrill Executrix of this my last will and testament and have full confidence of her integrity and fidelity I hereby request that the will not require security for her Executorship of this my will. If my wife should die or marry before my children become of age, in such case I nominate and appoint Geo. W. Terrill Jr. (my brother), and Elijah Parker (my brother in law) Executors of this my last will and testament and have full confidence in their integrity and fidelity. I hereby request that the Court will not require of them to give security for their Executorship of this my will. Revoking all former wills. I do make and declare this my last will and testament. Frank Grant Elijah Parker An instrument of writing bearing date February 13th 1890 purporting to be the last will and testament of John L. Terrill deceased, was this day produced in open court and ordered to be filed and was proven by the oath of Elijah Parker one of the attesting witnesses thereto, who also proved the attestation of J. Frank Grant the other subscribing witness thereto, and also proved that the whole instrument of writing and signature of John L. Terrill. Whereupon it is ordered that said writing be and the same is hereby allowed and established, as and for the last will and testament of John L. Terrill deceased, and admitted to record as such.
