I, Daniel Webster, of the State of Kentucky and Boone County feeling myself weak in body and in a low state of health but in my right mind. But I know that I have got to die. Cheerfully I resign my body to the dust and my soul to God who gave it. I therefore make my last will and testament to wit as follows: It is my will that my true and lawful wife, Polly Webster, shall have for her support during her natural life all the property I possess, that is to say all my land and stock of every description, household and kitchen furniture and after her decease what may remain to be equally divided among all my children and I do hereby ordain and appoint William Franks, Dudley Webster, Bevin Webster, administrators.
