Mr. Jones had been uo and about the place being apparently in hisusually good health, and had been making arrangements to carry out some work on the farm, for which he had been giving directions, when he suddenly gave a gasp, fell over and expired in a few moments. The funeral was held at his late county, and was the son of Stanfield Jones & Elizabeth Fields Jones. Besides his wife Mary Ann Hunt Jones he is survived by seven children ,(added) Lesslie, Farris, and Mason Jones of Bourbon County farmers, Sam Jones of Indiana, Mrs Iona hagg of Indiana, Mrs Nannie Mitchell of Nicholas Co., One brother and two sisters. home near North Middletown at ten a.m. Friday morning with services conducted by Rev. John Christopher, pastor of the North Middleton Christian Church. The burial will follow in theNorth Middletown cemetery.
