25 Apr 1792 - brides consent and marriage bond
Know all men by here presents that we Jacob Warner and Archie Remy are held and
firmly bound unto the Gov. of Virginia in full Sum of 50 Current Moneys of
Virginia to which payment to be made to bind ourselves and heirs [?] jointly and
severally by there presents sealed with our seals and dated the 25th Apl 1792

The condition of the above obligation is such that where on John [---?---],
clerk of Bourbon hath this day issu license for the marriage of Jacob Warner and
Eliz Remy now if there is no lawfull cause to obstruct said marriage or no
damage accrues by means of said license being issued the above to be void

Sir, I do hereby certify that I give my consent to the marriage of my daughter
Elizabeth Remey with Mr Jacob Warner. I desire you to issue licence for that
purpose Given under my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of April 1792.
