I want sold after my death either privately or publicly within six months after my decease or before that time, and the money divided equally between John B Mitchell and Alice E Gaitskill heirs. If Effie Cline is not living at this division her children is to have her part divided among her children. George S. Moore is to have one room of the house until rented out or sold if he wants it, bed clothes will not be sold of any kind I have put each ones name on the things I want them to have, the pictures in the house is give away each one name os on them, now towels or table clothes will be sold or sheets or feather ticks, or pillows or pillow slips or mattresses will be sold unless the children want them sold silver knives & forks is Chester Gaitskill, the desert spoons is John B Mitchell, the silver teas spoons is Effie Clines, feather tick, springs and mattress belongs to Effie Cline in front room, 1 pair of large pillows and bolster tick, the oak bedstead in front room belongs to John B. Mitchell, 1 pair of large lippows (sic) is John B. Mitchell, two small pillows is Effie Cline and 1 pair large pillows is Berthas, the dishes in my room will be divided among the children that are present at that time 5 or 6 cane bottom chairs will be divided among the children, the golen chair with cushion on it is John B. Mitchell's, and large lamp in front room, little oak bedstead in my room, mattress, springs, feather tick and bolster, that belongs to it is Chester Gaitskill. The yarn carpet in front room is John B. Mitchell's, the matting in lower room is Effie Cline's, the oil cloth in hall is Chester Gaitskill, the things aboout the house that has not been given away will be sold and the money divided equally between the children that lives at a distance and cant take nothing with them, if the children thinks best to sell the house hold goods they can do so but not to sell any bed clothes, comfors, blankets, couterpins, pillows, pillow slip, quilts, sheets, table cloths or anything of the kind do as they please about the house hold goods. Concerning the 85 acres of land on Plum Lick part in Bourbon Co. Ky., and part in Montgomery Co. Ky., this land is Malvina Moore I dded to George S Moore years ago he holds a life time interest in the land and at his death I give to John B. Mitchell and Alice E. Gaitskill's heirs. I have sold 25 acres of the land with George S. Moore's consent to King Todd 5 acres at one time at 100 dollars per acre and 20 acres at another time sold the 20 acres at 90dd. King Todd paid me for the 5 acres 100 dollars per acre cash which is put to my credit in the bank the 20 acres sold for 90 dollars per acre which come to 1800 dollars. King Todd gets possession of the 20 acrs on the Montgomery side 1st., day of March, 1911 and pays me 900 dollars cash when he gets possession of the 20 acres if I am living and if not John B. Mitchell and Alice E Gaitskill heirs I want to collect this money for the 20 acres of land John B. Mitchell and Alice E. Gaitskill heirs is to collect this money 1800 dollars 900 dollars is to be paid on the 1st., day of March, 1912 bearing 6 per cent interest this is the 2d. payment on the 20 acres of land the interest on 900 dollars is 54.00 dollars at 6 per cent for 1 year. I give that to George S. Moore provided he relinquishes his claim on the money the land was sold for I mean the interest on the last payment 900 dollars that I sold the 20 acres for. I want George S. moore to have the things that I have mentioned in this will and at his death I want to go to my children and grand children. George S. Moore is to have the bedstead in my room, springs and mattress, feather tick, bolsters, 2 pillows, the small lamp and little table, the old 2 leaf table in kitchen, the little willow rocker, 5 split b! ottom chairs and matting on the floor in my room the looking glass in my room, and little hand glass in my room, 6 black handle knives and forks, flowered plates and tea cups and sucers to match 4 glasses and 2 little ones, tea spoons in the holder 3 or four large spoons, towles that has his name on them and pillow slips that has his name on them sheets, comforts and blankets that has his name on them and every things that has his name on it. George S. Moore holds a life time interest in the 60 acres that is left o ver out of the 85 acres the 60 acres is in Bourbon Co. Ky., at George S. Moore's death the 60 acres belongs to John B Mitchell and Alice E Gaitskill's heirs I want sold and the money divided between John B. Mitchell and Alice E. Gaitskill's heirs, the house and the 60 acres of land belonging thereto, George s. Moore is to have the stove in my room, and the small lamp and night lamp, the trunk in my room John B. Mitchell is to be administrator of my estate, settle up my debts and burial expenses if he is living and hear I researve 3 hundred dollars to buy a monument to go on my lot on the lorder of Dalzell's not costing over 300 dollars, I want George S. Moore to be put on my lot and every one of my children that wants to be put on my lot to be put there. If John B. Mitchell is not living and is not here at my death I want John Collins to act in John B. Mitchell's place, my clothes to be divided amon! g the girls Bertha, Lottie, Effie and Jennie, take them and use them don't keep them laying around can be used or sold if they want to.
