Amen. I Andrew McClure, of the County of Bourbon, and State of Kentucky, being very sick and weak of body, but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto God; calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die do make & ordain my last Will and Testament; that is to say principally & first of all I give and recommend my soul in to the hand of almighty God that give it and my body I second to the earth to be buried a descent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executors. Nothing doubling but at the ground ___ section. I shall receive the same again by the almighty power of God. And as ____ such worldly Estates who ___ it has pleased God to bless me in this life. I give demise & disposed of the same in the following manner and form. I give and bequeath Rebekah, my dearly beloved wife my plantation, wherein I now live with all the profits and advantages occurring therefrom by cultivation to her and her child during her life - And at my wifes death. I give and bequeath two my two little daughters, Ellinor Wright McClure and Polly McClure the said plantation to be equally divided between them, and to be equally possessed by them and their heirs forever. Also I give and bequeath to my two little sons, James Allen and & Andrew my plantation, contained in two Deeds & laying on Howard's Creek in Clark County Olin Fayette, to be equally divided between them both in quanity and quality to be freely possessed by them and their heirs forever. Together with all the advantages owning therefore from now and hence forward. Also my two negroes Isom and Doli I grant and allow to be set at liberty, if from the judgement of their owners. ?? the Executors, they shall have served truely and faithfully, Isom until the age of thirty five years & Doli thirty three; Also my Cash, and Cash Bonds I give and bequeath to my to my two sons James Allen and Andrew to be speedily put to interest & kept for the ___ of their education. Also, my negro girl Doli I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Rebekah during her servitude, likewise my negro boy Isom, as long as he remains single but after marriage I allow the boy to be hired during his servitude and his wages to be Applied for the use of the education of my children. Also I allow ten pounds of the acreages to be due to me on Howards Creek, when it can be collected, to be put into the hands of the Transylvania Presbytery for charitable purposes. Also I allow to my dearly beloved wife her choice of one horn creature, out of my Stock of Horns, and the remainder to be equally divided among my children. Also I allow to my dearly wife sic head of cattle, two milk Cows, two two year old heifers and ten yearlings, and the remainder to be divided among my children. Also I allow my household furniture & plenising? and also all my sheep to be equally divided between my wife and two daughters as soon as they come to the years of discretion. Also I give and bequeath my silver watch to my son James Allen, and likewise out of my ...... Estate, as much as will procure my son ___________ Also all my _____ that are principally suited to the learned, I give and bequeath to my two sons, to be equally divided between them, and the remainder to be at my wifes disposal. Also all my outstanding Debts that are contested & may be collected, I allow to my wife and two daughters each and equal part and a proportionally part of each ones share to be applied for family, and plantation uses. I do hereby utterly revoke and disannul all and every other former Testaments, Wills, Legacies, ratifying confirming this & no other to be my Last Will and Testament - Whereof I likewise Constitute, make and ordain my well beloved brothers, Samuel and John McClure the sole Executors.
