Muhlberger, 29 Debolt St, Newtown, asked damages of $10,128.50 from Buster Stevens, 11 Debolt St, Newtown police chief. Muhlberger, 26, said he had six boys in his automobile October 20 when Chief Stevens arrested him and ordered him to report to Newtown City Hall on a charge of contributing to juvenile delinquency. When he answered the charge in Newtown mayor's court October 29, the case was continued until November 5. Then, instead of being tried on the original charge he was tried for disorderly conduct, which charge was dismissed. The charge, Muhlberger said, was made deliberately and maliciously with intent to bring him into disrepute and ridicule.
