Timothy Jason "Jay" Felty, 17, born Apr 24, 1979 in Boyd Co, KY, son of Timothy Felty and
Peggy Clark Douglas, died Oct 26, 1996 (automobile accident).  Survived: sister, Candy Felty,
brother, Jeffery Felty, step-sister, Nina Rice, step-brother, Joseph Alexander, step-mother,
Helen Hale Felty, maternal grandmother, Doris Clark, maternal great grandfather, Dave Moore. 
Burial: Oct 29, 1996 in the Cribbs Hill Cemetery.
