Walter McCall and the Rev. Bobby Cassity. Burial will be in Cripple Cemetery. Mr. Gallaher was born Dec. 25, 1890, in Boyd Co, a son of the late George and Jane Crum Gallaher. He was a retired grocer. He retired in 1967 after 36 years. His wife, Mrs. Ola Gallaher, died in 1963. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Jane Smith, Mrs. Marie Smith, Mrs. Maude Henry Gussler and Mrsl Aillen Long, all of Ashland, and Mrs. Louise Rinehart of Pennsylvania; six sons, J. D. Gallaher of Montana, Clyde Gallaher of Louisa, Charles, Benton and Mason Gallaher Jr., all of Ashland, and James E. Gallaher of New York; 40 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren.
