Mrs. Rowe was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Boyd County, a daughter of the late Crit and Lillie Prater Harris. Her husband, Robert Rowe, died in 1986. She was a sales clerk and attended Mavity Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Robert Ray Rowe of Kenova, W.Va. William Rowe of Westland, Mich. and Donald Rowe of Ashland; two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Debbie) Clarkston and Mrs. Terry ( Janet) Johnson, both of Ashland; four brothers, Gillum Harris of Grayson,James Harris of Chesapeake,Ohio, Fred Harris of Ashland and Joe Harris of Phoenix; five sisters, Mrs.Carl (Mae) Williamson, Mrs.Charles (Pauline) Blythe and Mrs.Don (Catherine) Franklin, all of Greenup, Mrs.Ken (Jane) Leibee of Catlettsburg and Mrs. James (Patty) Sublett of Ashland; and 14 grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Kilgore-Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg by the Rev. Joe Collins and the Rev Johnny Little. Burial will be in Catlettsburg Cemetery.
