He married Mary Ann Long, Nov 5, 1874 in Carter CO, KY. He and Mary Ann were burried in the Fortner Cemetery in Denton, Carter CO, KY. I have a picture taken about 1908 of Eli's sons and daughters and another of him and Mary and all their grandchildren. Both photos were taken the same day. Information I have on his children are as follows: Alfred G (b. 1875) John Edward (1880-1937) Andrew Jack (bet 1878-1880 - Mar 28, 1938) Jahu Donehoo (Sep 11, 1881 - May 29, 1916) ~ my g grandfather Eli G. (1894 - 1968) Mary Bertha (b. 1892) I believe Alfred predeceased his parents, but I don't know why Jack was left out and I don't know the other two girls' first names... maybe next trip home I can find out.
