Lee Alley hereby certifies, that a marriage is to be solemnized between himself 
and Juda F. Starkey on the 29th day of April 1891, at the house of John Starkey 
in ____________in said county.

He is single aged 31 years, was born in the County of Boyd State of Kentucky.  
His father was born in VA and his mother was born in KY.

She is single aged 28 years, was born in the County of Boyd State of KY.  Her 
father was born in VA and her mother was born in KY.

Dated at Catlettsburg, Boyd County, KY, this 29th day of April 1891

This is to Certify, That on the 29th day of April 1891, the Rites Of Marriage
