Article of Agreement made and entered into this 9th day of December 1858 
Between James T. McGinnis of the County of Boyle and State of Kentucky and 
Grandison McGinnis of the same County and State Witnesseth, that the said James 
T. McGinnis hath this day sold to Grandison McGinnis all his undivided interest 
in Mary McGinnis's Interest in a tract of Knob land owned by Washington 
McGinnis dec'd, Mary McGinnis being one of the heirs of Washington McGinnis for 
twenty Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
said land to be conveyed to said Grandison McGinnis as soon divided subject to 
the widow Dower.  As witness my hand and Seal this day and date above written.

I Jon'a. B. Nichols, Clerk of the Boyle County Court do certify that that
[crossed out] the foregoing Article of Agreement between Jas. T. McGinnis and 
Grandison McGinnis was this day filed in my office with the following 
endorsement thereon to wit:  1859 Aug 4th acknowledged me by J. T. McGinnis and 
Hannah McGinnis his wife Att. Jas. F. Zimmerman C.B.C.C. and ordered to be 
recorded which is now done.  Given under my hand this 7th day of July 1871.
