Brewer - Felix McGinnis December 28 1872 Boyle County KyArchives Deed Written: December 28 1872 Recorded: February 23 1874 Deed Book 12, page 580 This Indenture made and entered into this 28th day of December 1872 by and between Felix McGinnis of the county of Montgomery & State of Kansas of the county of Montgomery and state of Kansas of the first part & S. C. Brewer of the county of Boyle and state of Kentucky of the second part. Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of One Hundred Dollars said in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has this day sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the party of the second part a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Boyle and state of Kentucky, and near the town of Parksville Ky, it being the same allotted to me by the Commissioners of the County Court of Boyle County Ky, to divided[?] the lands of Washington McGinnis heirs, was divided on the 14th day of March 1866 and is bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake in a line of the Dower corner to lot No. 2 allotted by said Commissioners to Margaret J. McGinnis, thence N88-1/2E 8-52/100[?] poles to a stake corner to said dower thence S72E 10 poles to a stake corner to lot No. 4 allotted to Martha A. McGinnis, thence S6-1/4 62-20/100 poles to the centre of Knob Lick road corner to same lot No. 4, thence N87-1/4W 47-58/100[?] poles to a corner to Lot No. 2 above described: thence N6-1/4W 62-32/100 poles to the beginning containing by Survey Six acres and 82 poles (for more particular description see Commissioners Report in Boyle County Ky Clerks office, above named) To have and to hold with and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, and the party of the first part hereby covenant and agrees with the part of the second part that he will forever warrant and defend the right and title to the real estate hereby conveyed against the claims of himself his heirs and assigns and all other persons whatsoever.
