Boyle Co Ky Dec 7th 1869
In consideration of the sum of Thirty two hundred and eighty dollars, Eighteen 
hundred of which is paid in hand, the exchange of the real estate, known as the 
Rock House, and the execution of two notes, one for four hundred and eighty 
Dollars and for One Thousand Dollars both on twelve months time, and to bear 
interest from the 1st January 1870, and both receivable at the will of the 
giver, We Rachel and R. A. McGinnis have this day sold to J. M. Meyer, all of 
Boyle Co Ky, the farm on which we now live, containing 54-2/3 acres located in 
Boyle Co and bounded North by the Danville and Perryville pike, East by the 
Parksville pike, South by the farm of Jno Caldwell and West by the farm of R. 
P. Gregory, and we herewith alien and convey and will forever warrant and 
defend the title to said lands against all claims.  A lien is reserved for the 
payment of said notes.  Possession to be given the 1st Jany 1870.  Given this 
day above written.

I, J. B. Nichols Clerk Boyle County Court do certify that this Deed was this 
day produced to me in my office and acknowledged by Rachel A. and Rebecca A. 
McGinnis parties thereto to be their act and deed, and ordered to be recorded 
which is now done.  Given under my hand this 18th April 1874.

purchase money paid in full. April 20th 1881
