McGinnis, of Boyle County, Ky. for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars, to me in hand paid by J. P. Owens, of same County and State, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the said J. P. Owens, his heirs, &c, forever, All my right, title, interest and claim, in and to the right of dower of my mother Lucy McGinnis, in and to the home tract of my father Washington McGinnis, deceased, supposed to contain seventy eight acres, be the same more or less. To Have and to Hold the same unto the said J. P. Owens, his heirs and assigns forever. The grantor hereby covenanting with the grantee, his heirs and assigns, that the title to the interest hereby conveyed, is clear, free and unencumbered, and that he will warrant and defend the same against all claims whatever.
