NICHOLASVILLE -- Services for Charles Wilford Allender Sr., 77, of Danville, 
are scheduled for 4 p.m. today at Betts & West Funeral Home by Steve Owens. 
Visitation will be 2 p.m. today until time of service.
Graveside services also will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday in Blue Grass Memorial 
Gardens. 
He died Wednesday.
He was a son of the late Earl W. and Bertie C. Ratcliff Allender. He was an 
employee of Wimbledon Farm in Lexington where he was supervisor and a member of 
Outreach Baptist Church in Danville. 
Survivors include his wife, Cleo "Jackie" Ward Allender; a son, Charles W. 
Allender of Casey County; two daughters, Nancee Allender of Illinois and 
Patricia "Trish" Allender of Covington; six grandchildren; and seven great- 
grandchildren.
Memorials may go to Heritage Hospice in Danville.
