Services for W. Phelps "Peck" Evans, 69, of South Buell Street, 
Perryville, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Perryville Baptist Church 
by the Revs. Paul Sisk, Bobby Estes and Pat Chamberlin. Burial will 
be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Perryville.

He died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Brown, Allen Ellis, Bernard Brant, Kenneth 
Jones, Jerry Houck Sr., Scott Pittman and Lucien Strevels.

Honorary pallbearers are Everett Cheatham, J.T. Evans, O.E. Smock, 
Larry Cox, Joe Tucker, Robert Riley, Lowell Smock and Walter 
Montgomery.

Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at Stith Funeral Home.

Memorial may go to American Diabetes Association, c/o Stith Funeral 
Home; or Perryville Baptist Church building fund.
