Born July 19, 1915, in Mitchellsburg, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mollie Lamb Doss. She was a homemaker and PTA volunteer. She also was a quiltmaker, a member of First Baptist Church in Junction City, and the widow of A. Hope Edwards. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Moberly of Junction City; two brothers, Forrest Doss of Cherry Valley, Calif., and Vincent Doss of Cairo, Ill.; three sisters, Minnie Cloyd and LaVonne Clark, both of Junction City, and Imogene McKinstry of Louisville; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Memorials may go to Danville-Boyle County Rescue Squad.
