Peter and Paul Catholic Church by the Revs. Paul Prabell and Richard Sullivan. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. She died Sunday at her home. Born Jan. 3, 1917, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Marshall G. and Lula Mae Wade Carter. She was an elementary school teacher, having taught at SS Peter and Paul Catholic School, Junction City and Elk Cave elementary schools, and a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies Guild at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, a graduate of Moreland High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. She also was a member of the Democratic Women's Club and the widow of August Feistritzer. Survivors include three sons, Drew and Paul Feistritzer, both of Danville, and Richard Feistritzer of Brentwood, Tenn.; four daughters, Emily Feistritzer of Washington, D.C., Helen Milburn of Danville, and Kathy Feistritzer and Donna Hudson, both of Louisville; a sister, Lucille Almond of Charlottesville, Va.; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Feistritzer. Pallbearers will be Joe, Mike and P.J. Feistritzer, and Scott, Jerry and Carl Carter. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Wednesday with a prayer service at 8:30 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home. Memorials may go to SS. Peter and Paul Church.
