Sent: Thursday, October 09, 2003 6:11 PM >From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 18 Dec 02 LANCASTER -- Services for Ann Gellette Ballard Ferry, 54, of Bobby Noe Road will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Spurlin Fun-eral Home by the Rev. Darren Gillespie. Burial will be in the Ballard Family Cemetery in Bryantsville. She died Monday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Lexington. Born May 5, 1948, in Boyle County, she was the daughter of Paul and Blanche Adams Ballard of Bryantsville. She was a member of Bryantsville United Meth-odist Church and a former member of Camp Dick Volunteer Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services. Survivors include her husband, John Ferry; two sons, Greg Hensley and Jason Hensley, both of Bryantsville; two stepsons, Joshua Ferry of Georgetown, Ind., and Jason Ferry of Louisville; three sisters, Terri Feldman of Bryantsville, Penney Jordan of Louisville and Paula Fields of Lancaster; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Baker; Mark, Paul Dean and Stevie Ballard; and Mike Feldman, Chris Fields, Mark Fyfe and Luther Bruner. Honorary pallbearers will be Shirley Woods, Trava Murphy, Carolyn Mulcahy, Vickie Graham, Darby Montgomery, Katrina Graves, Amy Stewart and Ladonna Durham. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today.
