Don Benningfield. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. He died Sunday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Nov. 29, 1910, in Casey County, he was retired from the former Kentucky State Hospital. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Survivors include his caregivers, Aline Cochran and John C. Davis, both of Danville. Pallbearers will be Bill Loran, John Davis, Don Wilson, Lawrence Hogue, Tom Carter and Al Hearn. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.
