Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. He died Sunday at his home. Born May 27, 1925, in Boyle County, he was the son of the late Garfield and Rosa Shearer Hunt. He was a farmer and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Jeri Hill Hunt; two sons, Ray Hunt of Danville and Woodie Hunt of Lebanon, Tenn.; three daughters, Carolyn Noel and Janice Prewitt, both of Danville, and Judy Sanders of Harrodsburg; a brother, James Hunt of Danville; a sister, Georgia Tate of Danville; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ray Price, Jimmy Denny, W.H. Furr, James Gizzell, Bud Jeffries, Eddie Horn and Walter Cummins. Honorary pallbearers are grandchildren. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at the church. Stith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
