Insprucker, 77, of South Buell Street will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati. There will be no service or visitation. He died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 13, 1924, in Cincinnati, he was a son of the late Charles Clem and Elizabeth O'Rourke Insprucker. He was a self-employed painter. Survivors include his wife, Lucille Benge Insprucker; several step- children; and step grandchildren. Wilder Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
