Keith Willoughby. Burial will be in Lockhart Mountain Cemetery, Boyle County. Active pallbearers will be Ed Hasty, Warren E. King, James Moore, Tom Burdette, John Lockhart, Mike Thompson and Jim Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Rockland Thompson and Elijah Thompson. He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born March 25, 1936, in Boyle County, he was a son of the late J.C. and Flossie Ordell Sykes King. He was a heavy equipment operator, a stock car driver and a member of Alum Springs First Church of God. Survivors include his wife, Sandy King; a son, Bobby D. King II of Moreland; a daughter, Wendy Thompson of Burgin; two brothers, Warren King of Lexington and Donnie King of Moreland; and two grandchildren. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today. Memorials may go to Heritage Hospice or Gideons International.
