Services for Sarah Smith Mullins, 100, of Charleston Health Care Center will
be 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Second and Walnut streets, by the
Rev. Richard Hill. Burial will be in Hilldale Cemetery.
She died Monday.
Born Feb. 13, 1903, in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late
Marshall and Sally Wallace Smith. She was a member of First Baptist Church
and the widow of Henry Mullins.
Survivors include a niece, Joy Simpson of Danville.
Pallbearers will be June Christy, Shawn Woods, Leon Smith, Joey Griffin,
Raymond Houston Jr. and Willie Allen.
Honorary pallbearers are deacons and trustees of First Baptist Church.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
Smith-Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
