Born July 5, 1936, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Susie Sears Releford. She was a former laundry employee of Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, a former employee of Bun Boy Restaurant. She was the widow of Noel J. Potter. Survivors include three daughters, Kathy Cornett of Danville, Beverly Byrd of Junction City and Cindy Mullins of Lancaster; four sons, Ricky Moore of Georgetown, Noel J. Potter Jr. of Indiana, Roger Potter of Adair County and Gary Potter of Danville; two brothers, Dallas Releford of Ohio and Junior Releford of Stanford; three sisters, Louise Mason of Ohio, Carol Releford of Lincoln County and Brenda Releford of Somerset; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by Gary Story. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Monday. Pallbearers will be Randy Cornett, James Prather, Gerald Downs, Johnny Worthington, Lee Naylor and Noel Potter Jr. Honorary pallbearers are grandchildren.
