Born July 2, 1928, in Harlan County, he was a son of the late Charles T. and Mary Collinsworth Robbins. He was an exterminator, a Baptist and an Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Doris Mooney Robbins; a daughter, Pharanda C. Finley of Marengo, Ind.; a brother, Leslie Robbins of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Dyancia Sims of Calloway, Neb., and Helen Robbins of Lovington, N.M.; two grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. Services will be noon Wednesday at Morris and Hislope Funeral Home by David Carr. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post 38.
