Born Oct. 23, 1930, in Parksville, he was a son of the late Arthur Smith and Marjorie Honaker Sinkhorn. He was a retired state maintenance employee. Survivors include his wife, Margie Sinkhorn of Stanford; two sons, Richard Lee Sinkhorn of Moreland and William A. Sinkhorn of Akron, Ohio; two daughters, Mary Reynolds Coleman and Amanda Sinkhorn, both of Stanford; a stepdaughter, Lynn Hannah of Akron; a sister, Hester Hines of Louisville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home by Gary Yocum. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today.
