DANVILLE, Ky., March 7 (Special)-- Leslie C. Walters, 83, died at 5:30 a.m. today at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. J. J. Isham of near Parksville. Mr. Walters was a member of the First Baptist church of Danville. Before his retirement, he was an employee of the Southern Railway System in Danville. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Richard Webb, Parksville; a son, Maurice J. Walters, Danville, four grandchildren, Marshal Isham, with United States Marines at Oceanside, Calif., Miss Lillian Isham, Parksville, John C. Walters, Danville, and Maurice J. Walters, Louisville, a sister, Mrs. Sarah Yarnall, and a brother, A. J. Walters, both of Lexington. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the residence of Mrs. Webb on Lebanon road. The Rev. Wayne E.
