Born May 18, 1945, in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Geraldine Ford Young and Allen Freeman. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church, Second and Walnut streets. Survivors include her husband, Ivory Yocum; a brother, Dennis Jones of Danville; and a sister, Tina Young of Lexington. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church by the Rev. Richard Hill. Burial will be in Hilldale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Johnson, James Lewis, Donald and James Lancaster, James Logston and James Smith. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Friday until time of service at the church.
