I, Margaret B. McGinnis of Boyle County, Kentucky, make this my last Will and 
Testament.
1st.  I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2nd  I will and devise to the Stewards of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, 
for the Church at Perryville, Kentucky, and their successors in office, the 
house and lot I now own and occupy in Perryville, Kentucky, for the use and 
benefit of the Methodist Church at Perryville.
3rd.  I will and devise to Margaret Godby, daughter of the Rev'd Josiah Godby, 
one hundred dollars.
4th.  I will and devise to Mrs. Hix wife of the Rev'd. Dr. L. G. Hix one 
hundred dollars.
5th.  I will and devise to my neice [sic] Margaret Taylor one hundred dollars.
6th.  I will and devise to my neice [sic] Mary Margaret McGinnis, one hundred 
dollars.
7th.  The rest and residue of my Estate of every Kind and description I may die 
possessed of, I will and devise to my neice [sic] Mary Frances McGinnis, 
provided she lives with me until my death.
8th.  I appoint my friend J. W. Durham the Executor of this my last Will 
investing him with full power and authority to sell my personal Estate, and to 
collect all my debts to pay the above legacies, devises, and to carry out all 
of its provisions.  Witness my hand this the 12th day of February 1864.
