The following is my last Will and Testament.
1st. My burial expenses shall be paid and my doctors bill also.
2nd. I want what money that remains put out on interest for the benefit of 
Mattie L. Broyles, the daughter of Lemuel and Sallie J. Broyles.  I mean by the 
above that the full amount in my possessions which has not all ready been 
divided or provisions made shall be sold and the proceeds to be put out on Int. 
for the above said Mattie Broyles except the beds, bed-clothing and silver ware 
which is to be divided equal between said Mattie Broyles and Ludy White, 
daughter of Sam Bonta and Maggie Bonta.
The above is my last Will and testament signed this day by me in presence of 
the undersigned witnesses this 28th day of May 1890. A.D. 1890.

Boyle County Court July Term 1890
I Reed S. Nichols clerk of the Boyle County Court do certify that the foregoing 
last will and testament of Sarah E. McGinnis dec'd was on this day presented to 
court and filed and the same being duly proven was ordered to be recorded, 
which is now done.
Given under my hand this 21st day of June 1890.
