Rachel A. McGinnis September 9 1875 Boyle County KyArchives Will Source: Will Book 2, Page 154 Written: September 9 1875 Recorded: August 21 1876 Having a sound mind and having given to some of my children some things, I think it right and proper to make the following disposition of my property. I desire all my just debts paid. If there is any cash left, I wish it equally divided among my three children, Lucinda T. Phillips, Susan J. B. Young, R. A. McGinnis and my grandson Daniel B. McGinnis. I desire all my house and kitchen furniture together with my cow to go to R. A. McGinnis. I wish my grandson Daniel to be subject to and to live with R. A. McGinnis until he is of age, and if there should be anything coming to him, it is to be left in her hands for him until of age. In order that R. A. McGinnis may be able to carry out this design, I wish R. A. McGinnis to occupy or use as she may desire my house and lot free of any charge until Dan'l is of age or should die, at which time it shall be sold and equally divided among my heirs above named, or their children if dead. I appoint R. A. McGinnis to carry out the above provisions and request the court to require no security of her. Sept 9th 1875. Rachel A. McGinnis Test. J. M. Meyer T. D.
