My grandmother, Arabelle Toomey Ramey, grew up in the community of Saltwell in NicholasCo. and moved to Harrison Co. after her marriage in 1894. Arabelle's mother was Martha Ellen Brierly Toomey, daughter of Leonard Lyons Brierly and Nancy Ann Smitson Brierly of Bracken and Robertson Co. Following is information from Martha Ellen's bible.
