Kentucky Breckenridge County Sct.

County Court Monday August 18th Term ("Term" is crossed out) 1856 ordered that 
Joel Bruner Jesse Clark and George OBannon or any two of them being first duly 
sworn do appraise in current money the slaves (if any) and personal estate of 
Edward Powers deceased and make report according to law.

This day appeared Joel P. Bruner and George OBannan before the undersigned and 
was sworn to appraise the property of Edward Powers Dec. and report according 
to Law this 10th day of Sept. 1836 (record says 1836, but should read 1856).
