I saw several married women pretty – and two single ladies Miss Turner and __ who are large Fleshy girls but seem to be civil. Last night rote a letter to Alex Kasey Jr. Went to meeting to snow Creek. Joseph Pedigo preached from 11th G----- and 50 V—on St. Johns gospel but few persons in attendance. Some tolerable pretty girls there and they looked at me pretty keenly saw ---- ----- Tolerable pretty only noses tolerable sharp. Was introduced to Mr. Charles C Lee’s wife and Sister Ann Finn. Very well looking girl had the pleasure of her company on from Meeting and went then with her and too dinner at her Fathers. Peter Finney and took dinner – P Tinny has ---- --- of a fine man in the evening --- ----- about Sunset Monday 7th ---- --- -- - to day and some new persons to me ---- yesterday. 50 for feeding my horse on his way home 12th ----- and snow on the ground this week sales small Several persons passing and but few ladies about Saw Miss Sally ---berry and old man to night.
