Other wise the next day sp-t some small ------- was inclined to think that it 
came from ------- since been well and eat hearty.  William Stocton S—in to do 
business for Mr. Moorman with me yesterday.  Stocton appears to be a very fine 
young man. ---- Morris left him the fifth of this month S.P./T. R. Moorman 
came to see his brother and to take his daughter home and brought a letter 
from A. Kasey Jr.  Rite in answer to night.  Mrs. Cullam/Callam and daughter 
left to day

12th Busy to day.  Measuring flax seed weighing Tobacco and loading Craigs 
wagon for a trip to Lynchburg.  Paid A H Moorman $10 to place to my credit S. 
P. R Morrmon and daughter leaves in the morning for home
--th Sunday night, nothing of importance took place this week.  We Wm Stocton 
and I made a wheel barrow and put up some shelves to put cotton in Moved the 
post office into the counting room Change the position of our b--- and made 
some alteration in the shot which we put on the counter and arranged the small 
s---- and barrels towards the scales.  Docktor Morris packed up last week and
