Spent while from home .81c for horse feed and expence Sunday April 3rd Rainy nothing new past week only Mr. Moorman employd workmen to build ston house and dwelling because Marshall has sold out his present house. Saturday received a letter from Bro Wm Which informed me all was well and one from Lawyer Dabney his opinion unfavourable as regards the lawsuit Kasey vs Shaon and he wants his fee Thos Moorman left for Richmond today A H leaves Wednesday next had some friendly chat with E.
