Tuesday 19th April nothing new Received 4 sh---s last Sunday the 17th which 
Miss Sarah Stock made for me  they are tolerable neat things I ower her 6/ for 
making them prised tobacco yesterday it rains today  not tell A_.8_ the price 
of the place till A_8_ remarked to him that he supposed that he held the place 
at his former price which was $3.000 when B_8_ said it was and then A_8_ told 
him that he could not give the price but proposed to B_8_ that he was willing 
to leave it to 2 disinterested person who should take into considerations the 
buildings land and the advantage of the place for a store and what they should 
say A_8_ should pay he would pay him for the place and B_.8_ also stated that 
there had been no interview between himself and B29j1839.  B1004w previous to 
his mentioning the subject to A_.8_ this is about the amount that took place 
between them while I was in the store room winding some twine round the rick 
together with some other remark that I did not so well hear and understand
