There weren't killing themselves with our inactivity. We could get rid of the electric washer, get a tub and a wash board. Don't forget the dryer, it could be replaced with a solar model, the clothesline in the yard. The vacuum cleaner could be replaced with a good stiff brush. Get a push mower for the lawn. instead of riding in a car, one could do a lot of short trips on foot. Doing all this could eliminate a lot of pounds and you could still eat three good meals a day and still lose weight.
