William “David” Absher, 63, of Flaherty, KY, died
on Friday Oct. 18, 2013 at his residence.
He was born November 29, 1949 in White City, KY,
to the late William Jackson & Beulah Davis Absher.  
He was preceded in death by three brothers Mark,
Jimmy, & Danny Absher.
David is survived by his wife of 41 years Janan
Absher; four children Deanna (Perri) Newill, David
(Cassie) Absher, Melissa Kaye, & James Absher; two
sisters Doris Rutherford, & Brenda Taylor; three
brothers Cecil, Omer, & Buster Absher; & seven
grandchildren Katie Absher, Perri Newill, Alivia
Absher, Breanna Newill, Addrionna Absher, William
David Absher, & Christopher Dylan Absher.
Funeral Services will be held Monday Oct. 21, at 2
PM EDT at Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington.
Burial will follow in the Absher Family Cemetery in
Flaherty, KY.
Visitation will be Sunday Oct. 20, from 3 to 9 PM
EDT & after 8 AM EDT Monday at the funeral home.
