OBITUARY
     William ADCOX, age 81, died on Monday, September 4, 1961, at the home of 
his daughter, Mrs. Hubert DOWELL in Hardinsburg, Ky (Breckinridge County).  He 
is survived by:
four daughters:
Mrs. Hubert DOWELL of Hardinsburg, Ky
Mrs. Ernest KINNERSON
Mrs. Estil HOOK
Mrs. Jimmy CHADWELL
three sons:
Homer ADCOX
Bert ADCOX
Arthur ADCOX
     Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 7, 1961 from the 
Horsley Chapel Church with the Dowell Funeral Home of Hardinsburg in charge of 
arrangements.  Burial was in the church cemetery.

Horsley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, located beside the Norton 
Valley--Hardinsburg Road, about .8 of a mile north west of the junction with 
Freedom Church Road.
