OBITUARY
Hardinsburg---Henry F. "Alf" ADKINS, Sr., age 81 years old, died on Thursday, 
August 6, 2009, at his home.  He was a retired bulldozer operator.
He is survived by:
three sons

Services: noon Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, 
with burial in the Sample Cemetery.
