OBITUARY  Found posted on the Find-A-Grave.com website

     Stoy "George" ALLEN, age 79, of Harned, Ky in Breckinridge County, died 
on Sunday, March 23, 2008, at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  He 
was born in Breckinridge County on June 23, 1928, the son of the late Ernest 
and Lula Lee DAUGHERTY ALLEN.  He retired from Lucas Sand and Gravel as plant 
operator, an Army veteran who enjoyed Country and Gospel music, and smoking 
his pipe.
     He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, in 1998, and one sister, 
Margaret, in 1984.  He is survived by:
one sister:
Ann DRAKE (Millard) ENGLAND of Westview, Ky (Breckinridge County)
and several great nieces and nephews
     The funeral was held on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Trent-Dowell Funeral 
Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in Hensley Cemetery.
