     George Wesley ALLEN, age 82, of Wesley Allen Road, Leitchfield in Grayson 
County, Ky., died on Tuesday, August 22, 1995, at Breckinridge Memorial 
Hospital, Hardinsburg.  Mr. ALLEN was born May 22, 1913 in Breckinridge County.  
He was the son of the late Lonnie and Bettie LUCAS ALLEN.  He was a retired 
farmer and member of the Antioch United Methodist Church.
Surviving is:
his wife, Rudell BURKHEAD ALLEN
one daughter and son-in-law:
Betty and David WHITWORTH of Leitchfield, Ky 
a granddaughter
one brother:
Walter ALLEN of Route 1, Irvington, Ky
one sister:
Hazel MONTGOMERY, of Leitchfield, Ky
     Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 1995 from 
the Antioch United Methodist Church with burial in the Hudson Cemetery.  Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg was in charge of arrangements.
